Our Process
STEP 1
Request Quote
To request a general quote, please submit an RFQ (Request for Quote) after reviewing the products we offer. JEMICA will then respond within 24 hours with an estimate.
STEP 2
Placing an Order
To place an order, please submit a non-binding LOI/PO with POF. Within 24-48 hours, JEMICA will:
- Verify funds
- Confirm with supplier price, availability and capacity
- Confirm freight pricing and availability
- Respond with an SPA/ICPO and any special provisions or changes to LOI/PO

Ordering Information
Any written communication (RFQ, LOI, or PO) must be on buyer's company letterhead. Include product name, quantity, sizes, levels, certifications, ratings, specific specs, and destination port.
Responses may take a minimum of 24+ hours.
